Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $9 - $13 flat rate shipping, based on the delivery zone you fall under (see below).

We also offer Free Shipping for all orders over $50, which will apply automatically at checkout.

Once your package has been dropped off with UPS, the shipping/carrier delays move outside of the control of Bella Luna Candles, and you may need to contact UPS/your carrier for more details.

Local delivery

Local delivery is unavailable at this time, however you may also pick up your order at any of our local market events, so long as you notify us beforehand. Otherwise please note the Local In-Store pickup options listed below. Thank you!

Local In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Erie Studio location (1276 Granite Dr, Erie CO 80516). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 12pm to 7pm on Monday - Saturday, by request. Please send a message to our email with your projected pick-up time. Also please make sure to have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

International Shipping

At this time we are unable to offer International Shipping, only to the United States. In the future, we expect to open up shipping first to Canada, followed by many other countries, as we are able to do so. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dr.amanda@bouldervalleywomen.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

UPS (our main carrier) does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, however USPS will do so. We will do our best to take note of your shipping method/destination, and adjust to the proper shipping carrier when necessary. Please note that USPS processing/transit times can be significantly longer than our normal shipping carriers tend to be. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out at the email information linked above.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused/unlit, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at dr.amanda@bouldervalleywomen.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
